Don’t let AI write all of your content

In today’s world, AI has become very convenient for businesses when it comes to creating social media content. Even though it is efficient and easy for businesses to strictly rely on AI to create their social media content, there are some disadvantages of using AI for all of it. In order for you to build relationships with your community, you have to be authentic.

AI can give you great content, but it’s not personal. What customers want is a connection with a real person that is original and real. Using your own distinct voice helps build trust with your customers and boosts engagement on social media. Another disadvantage of using just AI for your content is the lack of engagement with people. People thrive on genuine and real engagement. While you can ask AI to incorporate those things into your posts, it lacks heartfelt and personal messages that only a human can do. Humor and emotion are usually not something that AI is familiar with.

Another thing that humans can do better than AI is being creative. While AI can give you facts and data all day, it lacks personal experiences and unique ideas. AI runs the risk of being repetitive and generic when it comes to generating content. To gain and maintain more customer interaction, you need to have high-quality content. AI has issues with misunderstanding tones and context clues. This disadvantage could cause embarrassing or offensive posts that can affect your business in a negative way.

To maintain uniqueness and real genuine content, you can still use artificial intelligence to help you come up with topics, ideas, and a general outline for your content. After that, it is up to you to write your content in your company's voice and make it personal.
